The Assistant to the Pastor serves as a trusted support to the pastoral leadership by helping to carry out various ministry-related responsibilities and initiatives. This role assists with church communication, ministry coordination, and special projects, ensuring that the pastor’s vision is supported and implemented throughout the congregation.
Key areas of service may include assisting with church correspondence, supporting ministry planning efforts, serving as a liaison between ministries and leadership, and helping with the coordination of events and outreach activities. The Assistant to the Pastor may also represent the church in select meetings or gatherings and help maintain alignment across church operations and ministries.
