The Business Administrator oversees the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the church to ensure responsible stewardship and organizational excellence. This role supports the mission of the church by managing budgets, financial reporting, vendor relations, payroll, facility operations, and administrative processes. 

Working closely with church leadership, the Business Administrator ensures compliance with financial policies, facilitates efficient use of resources, and helps maintain a strong foundation for ministry work. This role requires integrity, attention to detail, and a heart for service. 

Through sound management and strategic planning, the Business Administrator helps create an environment where ministry can thrive and grow.
